Abstract
Members of the Omaha Housing Authority Board of Commissioners asked the Center for Applied Urban Research at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (CAUR) to assist them in obtaining information about the maintenance and management needs and problems in local OHA facilities. This information was needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness of building services provided by OHA.
