Abstract
This report presents an analysis with recommendations regarding the data processing nee~s of the City of Wayne, Nebraska. The analysis was undertaken pursuant to an agreement dated October, 1983 between the Center for Applied Urban Research (CAUR) of the University of Nebraska at Omaha and the City of Wayne.
