Abstract
This issue of Review of Applied Urban Research features "Omaha's Revenue Structure Compared to Other Cities," by Murray Frost.
How does Omaha raise the revenue it needs to finance the services it provides? How does this compare to other cities? These were the initial questions in an analysis of revenue alternatives conducted for the city of Omaha by the Center for Applied Urban Research.l In addition, this report addresses the question: How does the burden of major state and local taxes on individuals in Omaha compare to other cities?
