Abstract

This study was undertaken to find measures which would improve the procedures used in selecting young engineering employees for an electric utility. Scores from a variety of paper and pencil tests were obtained from a group of employees with a wide range in age and responsibility. A number of employees were retested fourteen years later to determine the effect of age and responsibility on test scores.
