Abstract
Council Bluffs, Iowa, is scheduled to have the first customers connected to a cable television system by the fall of 1979. Nearly 75 percent of the ballots cast in a July 25, 1978 cable television franchise election favored issuance of a 25-year, non-exclusive contract forcable television service to American Heritage Cablevision Inc .
