Abstract
The function of this study is to render a legal determination as to whether or not the data developed by the University of Nebraska's Center for Urban Affairs is sufficient to state a claim under Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, 42 U.S.C. §§3601 et seq., commonly known as the Fair Housing Act.
