Abstract

Where Phase I of the Corridor Selection Study concerned the delineation of neighborhood boundaries and establishment of cohesiveness levels, Phase I I emphasizes the impact of the highway on the neighborhoods. The following discussion is based on the assumption that the construction of a highway wiII have an impact on the surrounding neighborhoods, and that it is possible to measure and predict the nature and direction of the impact.
