Abstract
The Goldstein Center has seen some changes this year as we continue our work in human rights education, research, and engagement. Founding Executive Director, Dr. Curtis Hutt, stepped down in May 2023, and Dr. Laura Alexander, Associate Professor of Religious Studies, has been named the new Executive Director of the Goldstein Center. We also welcome Dr. Ramazan Kilinç, Professor of Political Science, as the new Goldstein Family Community Chair in Human Rights, succeeding Dr. Alexander after six years. The Center and Community Chair will continue to work together to enhance programming and understanding of human rights, at UNO, in our community, and globally.
