Abstract
This capstone project focused on community members who attended pickleball drop-in times at a neighborhood community center. This case study was done by survey data collection, observation, analysis, and connecting the ways pickleball impacts well-being. Participation in pickleball positively contributes to the physical, mental, emotional, and social aspects of well-being.
