Welcome to the first Midwest WMS Community Gathering!
University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO) Criss Library will be hosting a meeting of the WMS users community September 25-26, 2013 at the Thompson Center on the UNO campus in Omaha, NE. This community event is open to all libraries that are currently live or are implementing OCLC WorldShare Management Services (WMS). The day will include updates from OCLC, user presentations, small group breakout sessions on targeted topics and plenty of time to network and learn from colleagues.
Wednesday, September 25, 2013 a variety of sessions for prospective WMS partners and current users at the Thompson Center 1:00-4:30 with an evening reception 5:00-6:30 at the UNO-Kaneko Library in downtown Omaha for all attendees (transportation will be provided to and from the Thompson Center on the UNO campus).
Thursday, September 26, 2013, 8:30am-4:00pm A variety of sessions and roundtables. Lunch will be provided Thursday, September 26.
Wednesday & Thursday Agenda
Current WMS users will host sessions and roundtables during the conference. OCLC representatives will also be on site to participate in discussions and answer questions. University of Nebraska Omaha is located in Omaha, NE. The conference will be held at the Thompson Center Free parking in the lot adjacent to the Center is available to conference attendees with an ePermit displayed in vehicle windshield.
