Abstract
Alcoholism affects more than the drinker. include everyone in the alcoholic's family. Its victims Alcoholism either causes, is a result of, or accompanies other family dysfunctions. For example, alcoholic families often exhibit marital instability, family conflict, .physical abuse, emotional. neglect of the children, poor communication, and confused role structure.
