The Department of Art and Art History embraces Omaha’s cultural diversity and contributes to its artistic excellence. A faculty of regionally and nationally recognized artists, educators, and scholars teach an innovative curriculum in state-of-the-art facilities. They are dedicated to providing a supportive atmosphere needed to develop the individual creative accomplishments and academic successes of all students. They are as equally open to helping those students pursuing an arts education for personal growth and enjoyment as they are eager to mentor those students desiring to pursue graduate study and a career in the arts.
