Abstract
The Center for Applied Urban Research continued to fulfill its mission of applied research, community service and training during 1980-81. Two major events that took place during the past year have greatly strengthened the ability of CAUR to carry out this mission. In October, CAUR moved into new quarters at the Peter Kiewit Conference Center at 1313 Farnam on the Mall in downtown Omaha. With just over 7,000 square feet of space, CAUR has been able to carry out project activity in a more efficient manner. More importantly, the downtown location of CAUR has provided an expanded clientele with greater access to CAUR skills and services.
