Abstract
Anxiety and depression are two very common mental health problems that college students cope with. This study evaluated the coping skills of college students with anxiety and/or depression, and whether they used more adaptive or maladaptive coping strategies. Knowing which of these strategies are associated with more beneficial outcomes will help school psychologists know how to assist these students in making the transition to college.
