Abstract

Artificial intelligence is slowly evolving in our world today. The growing development of speech recognition has allowed artificial intelligence to be implemented in many IT developed devices and products, such as smart speakers. Smart speakers have been proven to be useful tools in a variety of environments and settings. The purpose of this presentation is to inform the audience of the existing and potential capabilities of smart speakers in our growing IT friendly world.

This presentation includes a history of smart speakers and how they are used. It also includes positives and negatives of owning such devices. This presentation discusses various marketing strategies and how smart speakers are sold. It also includes various implementations between smart speakers and other pieces of software to function in various environments.
