Abstract
Women have been forced to hide their identity under pen names and pseudonyms to be taken seriously. The digital collage features Virginia Woolf, Louisa May Alcott, Mary Wollstonecraft, and Emily Dickinson as the mighty women who had to hide behind a male pen name to tell their stories. In the Shadows of the Ink is a collage that appreciates all women who have faced adversity in their field and thank them for their perseverance.
