Abstract

One of the Center for Public Affairs Research's (CPAR) main programs is disseminating data products from the Census Bureau in Nebraska. Over the last years, CPAR has developed its Census web page, where citizens, organizations, and state and local governments can access and request demographic, economic, social, and labor data to inform decision-making. This poster aims to analyze "Growing Together," a multicounty area that includes Antelope, Boone, Cedar, Knox, Madison, Pierce, Stanton, and Wayne, using CPAR's Census webpage as a policy decision-making tool. Based on the region's demographics, workforce, and housing data, findings indicate several socioeconomic challenges for this region.
