Abstract
The planning and development of an industrail training program is a complex undertaking. The purpose of this paper is to simplify the complexity of the process into discrete procedures and to present a practical model for the training director to use to accomplish the task in an efficient and effective manner. The resulting model should be easily adapted to meet the requirements of any program. It is to be assumed that modification of any or all parts of the model may be made to meet individual program needs.
