Abstract
One of the recent trends in school administration has been an increase in the number of school board policies. These policies must be well organized in order for the school personnel to function properly. Every school employee should know exactly what is expected of him within the organization. This role can be clearly understood if the policies of the board are published in a manual or pamphlet and distributed to all interested persons.
