Abstract
Eastern Nebraska Community Office of Retardation (ENCOR) Developmental Centers serve those retarded children who have not been accepted into public schools because they are too young or do not have required skills. A primary goal of Centers' staff is to help each child develop as much as possible and as rapidly as possible.
