Abstract
Chapter 1: If an educational institution is to fulfill its obligations to the community, the evaluation of its educational program is continuous and demanding process. Placing students in the proper classes is one of the most important of these obligations. Proper placement may be accomplished only after the students’ past achievements have been evaluated and these evaluations compared with known data. The Guidance Department at the University of Nebraska of Omaha desired more data which could be used in such comparison. The statement of the problem was the outgrown of this need.
