Abstract
Introduction: The trend in education today is to move away from a group-oriented, teacher-directed instructional strategy to a new design which consists of a different arrangement of the many parts of the instructional process. The whole-class approach to instruction is inadequate for meeting individual differences and needs in the classroom.
