Abstract
The purpose of this study was to compare three conditioning programs in improving cardiovascular fitness in untrained women. Through the treatment period the frequency of training per week and the duration of each exercise session were held constant. The subjects were pre and post tested for estimated maximal oxygen uptake, resting heart rate, resting blood pressure, body composition, and girth at the waist, bust , hips, thigh, and upper arm.
