Abstract
It was the purpose of this study to compare the following cardiorespiratory responses responses of prepubescent boys and adult men to similar 10 week exercise training porgrams: 1. V02 max. 2. Heart rate (HR) versus V0s responses to incremental treadm ill exercise. Additionally , the effects of low (40% VO2 max) and high (70% VO2 max) intensity exercise on these cardiorespiratory fitness variables were determined.
