Abstract
Our country has been a changing country in which one of the most significant changes has been from a rural to an urban society. Our nation has emerged from an agricultural society, whose main concern was to meet the subsistence needs of its people, into a predominantly urban-industrial economy. In terms of working conditions, industry has progressed from servitude and slavery to standards of living and of employment for workers higher than any other place in the world.
