Abstract
Come hear how Criss Library revived their efforts and committed to social engagement in the workplace. We turned sporadic programming into meaningful employee events promoting comradery, a positive work culture, and physical fitness. The waxing and waning of previous committee iterations, employee benefits, advantages and setbacks, and overcoming time and money limitations will be shared. Participants are sure to be engaged by sharing ideas from their own institutions and being inspired by ours!
