Abstract
Distorted Personalities is a self-portrait representing the pressure I have felt as a woman to change my personality to fit in. Each color is a personality I have faked to fit into a social group or society. The exaggerated lips are an homage to being told I am too loud and talk too much. The bold magenta is the color of who I am. It is striking and loud, but I will not tone it down for anyone.
