Abstract

Within this poster presentation, I will highlight both the positive and negative impacts of technology in the workplace. This includes the positive impact of cloud storage, specifically for team collaboration and business continuity in disasters. These implications can lead to a stronger digital content curation, and the storage of all files in a business may be better for posterity. Consequently, what dangers these negative impacts may impose. One example is how the constant connection in the modern workforce can lead to digital addiction and burnout. More importantly, what tools business leaders can utilize to prevent employees from experiencing this phenomena.
