Abstract
This research proposed to analyze the United Community Services of Omaha, Nebraska. The aim was to explain how the organization functioned, its focal points of tension and conflict and its adaptability to change. Both informal relationships and formal relationships prescribed by the United Community Services Constitution were analyzed. The effect of external and internal pressures on the United Community Services were examined, as well as the responses of the organization to those pressures.
