Abstract
The future is conceived of as inevitably changing and unpredictable in its demands. Educational institutions are constantly undergoing transformation to keep pace with this change, for without change, there can be no progress. The overwhelming magnitude of social, political, and economic problems of society today demands that we direct our appeal to the institutions that can most effectively work for its redemption and reconstruction--the educational institutions. For these institutions have clearly demonstrated the potency of their influence in promoting a chosen way of life and of thinking, as well as in conserving social values that are in consonance with the objectives of the nation.
