Abstract
This study is a replication and expansion of the research trilogy that three CADRE colleagues, Jennifer Bernard, J.P. Caruso, and Stacy Stewart conducted with the 1998-1999 school year. The research was conducted by an artist who was, in addition to being a first year teacher, a full time graduate student involved in the University of Nebraska at Omaha's Career Advancement and Development for Recruits and Experienced Teachers project, also known by the acronym CADRE.
