Abstract
This study was undertaken for the purpose of determining the employment practices by Omaha business and industrial firms, its agencies, and other employing organizations, with respect to the hiring of Negros for other than menial jobs and particularly for jobs in white collar brackets. It is the purpose of this study to also learn the opinions which various employers express on this subject. Still another fundamental purpose is the discover if employers feel that they have a resonsibility to the problems, and if they are willing to undertake any action about it.
